Paul M. Grant, PhD, is an assistant professor of psychology in psychiatry at the Aaron T. Beck Psychopathology Research Center, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Grant is a primary developer of Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) for individuals with persistent schizophrenia. He is the lead author on the basic psychopathology studies supporting the theoretical framework, as well as the clinical trial, validating CT-R. He and colleagues have developed a group therapy version of CT-R and a continuity of care implementation training model for the treatment. He is a co-author of Schizophrenia: Cognitive Theory, Research and Therapy and Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for Schizophrenia: a Comprehensive Treatment Manual.
