CBT is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy where clients and therapists work as a team to identify and solve problems. It has been demonstrated to be effective for psychiatric problems, psychological disorders, and medical issues.
We’re known worldwide for providing excellent CBT training. Graduate students, psychiatric residents, pre-doctoral interns, post-doctoral fellows and other mental health trainees from around the world are invited to join this intensive, three-day experiential training.
Raising the bar on military care. Beck Institute’s Soldier Suicide Prevention initiative provides training in evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy for mental health professionals treating active-duty and/or veteran military members and their families.
