Scheduling an Appointment at the Center for Psychotherapy
To schedule an appointment, contact our Intake Coordinator, Alexandra Wood at 610-664-3020, 8:30 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available.
Following an in-depth interview, you and your therapist will work together to develop goals for therapy and a collaborative treatment plan. Together, you’ll address the problems you feel are most important, and your therapist will teach you specific skills, including how to notice and change thoughts and beliefs that are inaccurate or unhelpful, how to change behavior that leads to problems and how to monitor your mood. After each session, you will practice these skills. This combination of learning and practice is at the heart of CBT and allows you to develop skills you can use for the rest of your life.

Although we do not submit claims to your insurance company, we will provide you with the appropriate forms if you choose to submit your claim.
