Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Anxiety
Workshop Level I
Learn the fundamentals of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders through an experiential workshop under the direction of Judith Beck, Ph.D. The three-day Level I workshop focuses on CBT for anxiety in adults and adolescents. A highlight of the workshop is a case conference with Dr. Aaron Beck, including a live patient interview via close-circuit TV followed by a question-and-answer session. Participants also have opportunities to role-play, practicing specific techniques and conceptual skills to use with clients. [This training is geared towards certification in CBT and includes 18 CE/CME credits]
