Academy of Cognitive Therapy: was founded by a group of leading clinicians, educators, and researchers who recognized the need for high standards of quality in the practice of cognitive therapy. The Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the public by identifying and certifying clinicians skilled in cognitive-behavior therapy and by supporting continuing education and research.

The International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy (IACP): is a professional, scientific, interdisciplinary organization whose mission is to facilitate the utilization and growth of cognitive psychotherapy as a professional activity and scientific discipline. In addition, the Association serves as a resource and information center for matters related to cognitive psychotherapy.
